The service

Net Profit is an online system for e-commerce brands to manage orders, stock, couriers, settlements, cash and profit.

Some connections (for example Shopify, advertising platforms, courier tracking, WhatsApp and the AI assistant) are still in preparation and are labelled as such; we do not offer them as available until they are ready.

Accounts

Accounts are created by our team after we approve a request. You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping passwords and sign-in details safe.

Tell us straight away if you think someone used your account without permission.

Plans and payment

Plans and prices are shown on our site when they are published. Payment is agreed directly with our team; nothing is charged online. If payment is not made as agreed, we may suspend the account after telling you.

Your data

The data your company enters stays your company's. We use it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy explains. You can ask for a copy of it or for its deletion.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not try to reach other companies' data, and do not try to disrupt or overload the service.

Figures and decisions

Net Profit shows each figure with its source and status (for example estimated or reconciled). You remain responsible for your business, tax and accounting decisions; the service does not replace professional advice.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where possible.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page with its date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
