Privacy policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This page explains what Net Profit (netprofit.agency) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It describes how the service works today.

What we collect

When you request an account: your name, email, phone number, brand name, country, the plan you chose, your message if you wrote one, and when you agreed to be contacted.

When you continue with Google: your name, email address and Google account identifier, as Google sends them after you agree. We ask Google for nothing else and do not access anything else in your Google account.

When you use the app: your sign-in details (your email, and a hashed password if you use one), the data your company enters into Net Profit, and a log of important actions for security and audit.

Technical data: IP addresses and request times, used to protect the service from abuse and to investigate faults.

Why we use it

To contact you about your request and to set up your account if it is approved.

To run the service for your company and to sign you in securely.

To protect the service and to find abuse and faults.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Railway, our hosting provider, which stores the data in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (European Union) so the service can run.

Google, only when you choose to sign in with Google.

Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: your sign-in session, the steps of signing in with Google, and your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

Account requests are kept while we handle them and as long as needed to follow up with you.

Account and company data are kept while the account is active. After an account is closed we delete its data when you ask, except records the law requires us to keep.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to unlink your Google account, by writing to the email below.

Google user data

Net Profit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
